1. Collected more than 1,500 alumni contact information from various Ross departments, including Ross Career Services, Kresge Library, MBA Admission Office, BBA Programs, etc. These alumni are identified as leaders in their classes and expected to help out with reunion activities.

2. Utilized Excel and Microsoft Visual Basics to check the accuracy of the contact information against the Donor & Alumni Relationship Tool for Michigan Ross, a highly specialized Customer Resource Management software. Cleaned out at least 30% of duplicated and inaccurate information, and saved approximately more than 20 hours of manual labor time for Ross staff.

3. Reached out to more than 50 Alumni Relation professionals from Top 10 Business Schools in the United States through emails and phone calls. Received every single school's reply and collected approximately 6,500 words of responses, resulting in the compilation of a 20+ pages recommendation report for Michigan Ross Office of Development and Alumni Relations.

4. Presented strategic recommendations at Alumni Relations team meetings every week, resulting in the successful adoption of many proposed programs.

5. More to be updated.
